1. Summary

CSSD Video Publisher is a private publishing tool. It only handles data needed to upload the operator’s own videos to accounts the operator owns or manages. It does not sell data, show ads, or build profiles.

2. Data we receive from TikTok

• Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok after you authorise the app, used only to upload videos to your account.
• Basic account identifiers returned by TikTok during authorisation (such as the open ID), used to know which account is connected.
• Upload status of videos sent through the service.

We request only the permissions needed for uploading videos (video.upload, and video.publish where direct posting is enabled). We do not read your messages, followers, or other private data.

3. Content we send to TikTok

Video files, captions and hashtags that the account owner has approved for publication.

4. How data is stored

Tokens are stored on a server controlled by the operator, with access limited to the operator. They are not shared with third parties other than TikTok, which issued them.

5. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept while the account stays connected. They are deleted when you ask us to disconnect, and they stop working as soon as you revoke the app in your TikTok settings. To request deletion, contact us using the details below.

6. Third parties

Videos are uploaded through TikTok’s official API and are subject to TikTok’s own Privacy Policy. Video files are stored in the operator’s own cloud storage before upload.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children and is used only by the operator.

This policy may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
